What is Angry?

Angry

Anger is a negative emotion which can cause much havoc if left unrestrained, but if you use it correctly, it can help us and the community.

Guideline 1: Learn to cope with anger by avoiding stressful situations. Of course you can't avoid all stressful situation but you can avoid some of it. As much as possible, organize yourself and your schedule to avoid pressure that can make you angry.
