Fear
According to Dr. Millard Sall, Christian psychologist, in his article DECISION magazine, "Fear is a universal emotion: Children fear being left alone. Adolescents fear rejection. Young adults fear failure or mediocrity. We fear pain, sickness, desertion and ridicule. We worry about loss of work, loss of a loved one, economic instability and world crisis. Within our hearts we harbor nameless fears that appear only in dreams or in a persistent, unsettling apprehension about life. Fear is common to us all."

Anger is a negative emotion which can cause much havoc if left
unrestrained, but if you use it correctly, it can help us and the community.
Guideline 1: Learn to cope with anger by
avoiding stressful situations. Of course you can't avoid all stressful situation
but you can avoid some of it. As much as possible, organize yourself and your
schedule to avoid pressure that can make you angry.
